This Data Protection Policy defines the purposes and general principles of processing personal data of Data Subjects, as well as measures implemented to protect personal data during their use of any of the services of the So Happy Stretching Application.

The controller of personal data is Sofya Bystrova (hereinafter the "Controller").

Processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Data Protection Act of the Republic of Mauritius.

Use of the Application's functions constitutes the User's unconditional consent to the Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing their personal information specified therein.

Personal data permitted for processing within the framework of this Policy are provided by the User when using the Application:

  • Apple ID and Google Pay account data
  • Other information necessary for the performance of the User Agreement

  • Fulfilment of obligations to the User provided for by the Application's functions
  • Distribution of information about promotions, events and special offers
  • Conclusion, performance and termination of civil law contracts
  • Providing the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained in the Application

When processing personal data, the Controller takes necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect them from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, and dissemination.

The User has the right to:

  • Receive information about the processing of their personal data
  • Clarify, block, or destroy their personal data
  • Protect their rights and legitimate interests
  • Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time
